My Goal
My goal is to help people get unblocked, heal deeply and be empowered to achieve their goals. It is on subconscious and body levels that emotions are rooted and core beliefs held -- when we heal on these levels, our habits and patterns of behavior shift profoundly and permanently. With creative combinations of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and hypnotherapy processes, I can help you become free of compulsive eating, smoking, low self-esteem, fears, stress, unwanted memories, childhood trauma, emotional difficulties, feeling blocked, and many other life challenges. A special interest of mine is Inner Child Healing and, when that is needed, the process involves much sensitivity and care. We can also create your desired vision for yourself and empower your goals. I offer sessions in my office or by phone. I also offer group workshops and teleclasses. I love the way that phone sessions and teleclasses make connections possible. It means that my work is available to you no matter where you live. When you come to my office, you will get your own custom-made hypnotherapy CD recording. I can also make recordings for phone clients and deliver them via mp3 download. In this creative work, the possibilities are endless, and I like to offer you lots of support.
My Credentials
I have a decade of experience in EFT and Hypnotherapy and over 1000 hours of trainings. I am certified through the National Guild of Hypnotists and the International Board of Regression Therapy. I have special credentials in regression from Dr. Brian Weiss, and a unique personal training in EFT from its founder, Gary Craig. I credit the wonderful hypnotherapist Marilyn Gordon for the inspiration of combining Hypnotherapy and EFT, which is at the heart of Creative EFT. I believe deeply that the key to healing our lives and achieving our goals is inside each of us, as we rediscover our "blueprint" for wholeness and well-being within the deep inner self.
